After study of Computer Science at the Technical University of Munich, Rainer Rehm started working in Network and Help desk consulting positions at CompuServe and Softlab for European and international corporations. In 2000 he specialized in security consulting with an Israeli Security company while implementing security solutions in various insurance and banking companies. Working for Nokia Siemens Networks his focus was on developing new solutions and solution design. This included PKI and smart Card solutions as well as IT security training of internal and external customers. Now working for an automotive company he is responsible for the Information Security Office and ISMS. He acts also as president of the German (ISC)² chapter which he helped to establish.
