You may also use free Community Edition, provided as a part of this website by ImmuniWeb, for non-commercial and lawful purposes only.

The Community Edition is provided “as available” and “as is” without any warranties of any kind. You assume the full risk and consequences of using it.

By any authenticated usage of the Community Edition (after registration on the Portal or via API) you unconditionally accept Terms of Service of the ImmuniWeb® AI Platform that complement the present terms and expand your responsibility.

You must use the Community Edition in compliance with the applicable law, regulations and due care. You must not use the Community Edition if you know, or should know, that such usage may cause any undesirable or detrimental effects on any third party or when such usage may infringe privacy or intellectual property rights of a third party.

You also agree to indemnify and hold harmless ImmuniWeb for any claims or legal actions brought by any third parties against ImmuniWeb, its officers, directors, employees or agents, stemming from or related to your usage of the Community Edition in violation of these terms.


5. No Unlawful or Prohibited Use

As an obligatory condition of your usage of the website, you warrant to ImmuniWeb SA that you will not use the website for any purposes that are unlawful, malicious or prohibited by these terms.
